Some words of glowing cruelty
I watch them leaving into infinity of time
where they'll build up their empire soon.

So tomorrow I'll travel to our mother sun
burning my flagship in a flurry of flames
that everyone can watch the falling star.

This is my ode to an exalted episode
and my anthem to the indestructable truth,
so jealous demons and angels give up comparing their poetry.

Leaving a hole in the structure of reality
I wander off into transcended spheres
playing "catch" without arms and still win this game.
